    Christopher & Banks is looking for a Marketing Data Analyst for our Corporate Office in Plymouth, MN.

     

    The Marketing Data Analyst is responsible for analytic insights related to channels and marketing events, and assisting in the recommending tactics based in data-driven solutions marketing campaigns. The Marketing Data Analyst will provide reporting and insights that supports the CRM/Marketing team. The Marketing Analyst is responsible for actively participating in the development and articulation of these insights.

     

    How you will spend your time...

    • Create the files for targeted marketing campaigns, DM trigger based initiatives, ecommerce personalization efforts, and ensure accuracy of related work-product. Create necessary database updates and customer contact files to execute targeted campaigns. 
    • Provide regular reporting to support the marketing team. Report on marketing initiatives and assist management with insight development.
    • Facilitate operational aspects of the loyalty program and private label credit card such as points tracking and issuance of certificates. 
    • Act as back up to the email Marketing Analyst. 

    What you need to be successful...

     

    Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Mathematics or Business or equivalent experience 

     

    Experience

    • Minimum 3 years marketing reporting experience in marketing, retail or related field 
    • Experience in marketing analytics and tracking of key trends
    • Experience with CRM tools and databases 
    • Experience with SQL and business intelligence tools preferred 

    Knowledge/Skills/Certifications/Other

    • Analytical and financial skills
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a high degree of attention to detail and accuracy
    • Ability to interact cross functionally with internal partners and external vendors
    • Ability to clearly articulate results and make internal recommendations 
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
